– Ben went over his pastoral ministry description

-Christina Bruggeman and Venessa Therrien report on Children’s Ministry
-Aaron Zink report on Youth Ministry( Read Ronny McIvers report/absent)
-Randy Zink report on Facilities
When Randy Zink brought up reinforcing door frames, Venessa Therrien asked whether the church needed doors that open in instead of out? Hanna Van Oss pointed out that’s a fire hazard.
Venessa Therrien asked about repairing the ramp on the shed? Randy Zink said its an easy repair.
Mary Davis asked about the lawn service review? Randy Zink said in his opinion we are paying more than what we get out of it. Told members if they know of a better lawn service to let him know. Possibility of Church members doing it.

Venessa Therrien asked about the ministry Bandages for Bongolo hospital and if its was an ongoing project or one and done? Melanie Sawyer said yes but they only do shipments once a year.

Thanked Debbie for her services as Treasurer

Kevin Davis asked about why the amount for missions was so much higher than last year? Kurt Bruggeman resolved that It wasn’t it was computational error.
