About Us
We are the children of God on the mission of God.
We believe foremost, that our gospel identity is rooted in the reality that in Jesus Christ we are adopted and beloved children of God (Ephesians 5:1-2, Galatians 3:26, John 1:12, 1 John 3:1).
Second, we believe from that gospel identity as “children of God,” comes our gospel mission. Our mission is to imitate our Father’s love (Ephesians 5:1-2), be His witnesses (Acts 1:8), and to multiply disciples of Jesus (Matthew 28:18-20). We are adopted into God’s family and we get to join the “family business” of redeeming and restoring.
Our Mission: to help people become children of God on the mission of God.
Our Vision (how we seek to accomplish the mission): By blessing our community through intentionally serving them. And by developing disciples of Jesus who believe in Jesus with their head, become like Jesus in their heart, and live like Jesus with their hands.
Whether you are a life-long resident of Goldsboro or one of our Air Force personnel stationed here for a season, you are welcome at Faith Alliance! We hope you will join our family in living as, “the children of God on the mission of God.”
